  16. brashly landed a small private plane in Moscow's Red Square in
  17. 1987; for attempted murder in the 1989 stabbing of a student
  18. nurse; in Hamburg. Rust, while doing a term of civilian service
  19. at a hospital in lieu of military service, allegedly knifed an
  20. 18-year-old nurse who had resisted his attempts to kiss her. She
  21. survived lung and stomach wounds.
